In order to succeed in your MLM business venture you need to recruit a lot of qualified leads and one of the best ways to do exactly that and gain great exposure is to establish an online presence. This is way easier than most people think – you don’t have to pay thousands of dollars in order to have your own network marketing website, all you have to do is follow these nine easy steps:

  1. Buy a domain name. Unfortunately most of the great domain names already have been registered, but you can still register a catchy two-word domain even today. Two of the best-known and reasonably priced registrars are godaddy.com and namecheap.com – they charge $9-10 per a .com name and are known for their good customer service.
  2. Find a host for your domain name – since your website will not stream videos or serve large files a small (in the $5-10 dollar monthly fee range) plan will do just fine.
  3. Configure your domain DNS servers – this might sound complicated, but it usually takes a minute to set and up to a few hours for the servers to propagate.  Read your registrar’s and your host’s FAQ sections if you need to, or you can contact them directly for help.
  4. Build your website. You don’t need to have any html knowledge, grab a free blogging platform like WordPress or Typepad, install them, and you are ready to start your blog.
  5. In case you have chosen WordPress for your site, find yourself a clean, free theme – there are thousands of sites offering them.
  6. Add a lead-capture form and autoresponder to your site. Remember, you are not creating a blog to share pictures of your pet, you are building an MLM business. In order to get more leads add a lead-capture form to your sidebar – quick search on Google will show you how to do that. As for the autoresponder – you can start with a free one, and if the need arises and you need more features in the future, for a small monthly fee you can get your hands on a more advanced autoresponder.
  7. Blog day in and day out! Remember that consistency is crucial – building your network marketing business will take a lot of time and effort. Make sure that you post regularly on your site, add articles as often as you can, explaining the core of your business in your articles, add a few different pages to your site that correspond to the name of your MLM products and services like www.mysite.com/mlmbusiness, etc. and build a good FAQ section.
  8. Post your contact information. You site’s main goal would be generating qualified leads – make sure that people that are interested in your product or service can easily get in touch with you, posting an email or online contact form is fine, but posting a physical address and a telephone number inspires confidence!
  9. Create an “about” page and post information about yourself, adding a recent photo is a good idea too. This inspires confidence and will help you build your MLM downline faster.

The Internet is growing at an amazing rate and millions of new users get online every single month – learn how to use that to your advantage, building your own site is not enough: nurture it, make it grow, maintain it, and it should help you grow a massive business. If you keep adding fresh articles and text to your website it will attract a lot of visitor, get a lot of search engine love, and ultimately bring you a lot of qualified leads.
